There might have even been a rainbow colored chart, t-shirt or tattoo of the chakras somewhere in the room. The way the chakras are talked about today range from the woo-woo metaphysical rainbow colored swirling vortices of energy to the more psychological Jungian archetypes. The Chakras can be though a poetic and profound map that we can utilize to identify imbalance and helpful tool to navigate towards harmony.
