Yoga often becomes the practiced recollection of where you are. Starting with where are my body parts? Where is my breath? Where is my mind? When we start to recognize the transient nature of all of this- it’s far less tempting to identify yourself as any one of them. In this master asana class students will be led through a dynamic, thoughtful Hatha Tantra flow and meditation to experience the unbound infinite potential of who they really are.
